i would chose an intel processor over amd and thats the better configured laptop i see on that page. also its not HUGE like the others. the 14.1" screen makes it very portable, the way a laptop was meant to be: mobile...

I've recommended them to 4 friends in the past year and a half and no one has issues so far. They are well built (Lenovo used to build IBM machines, like the venerable ThinkPad) and have great specs - Core i3 and 4GB of RAM for under $500.
But if you're stuck on HP, definitely nothing below ProBook.
