    Now that is good news. I have never been able to create an app in VB.NET so I'm sticking with VB6

    I have just done a test run and it looks smooth . Feels even faster than VB IDE. They need some more tutorials though and their good to go.

    Question: Why would you want to develop microsoft programs on linux or mac ???

    I am stuck in the past. I have VB4 & 6 and very little experience with them. But I still want to learn. I even have Knoppix so a compiler for it even though it runs on windows is handy dandy.

    Well microsoft develops software for the mac.. Ever heard of Microsoft Office for Mac?
