laptop bios help

could someone dirrect me on how to update the bios for my compact pressario f700. sometimes when i turn on or retart the laptop its not able to load the bios at all then after awhile it shuts down and comes back on by itself. it keeps doing still so i have to remove the charger and battery for a while then maybe it will work
