no only people who have not been ban/flaged does this firmware applies to
if you have been banned buy a new console

if you have pulled the internet cord when the banned wave was going on you may have been flagged there are some numbers on the dashboard pm me these and i can tell you if you have been flagged to be banned

There is no guarantee that future bans won't occur but as of right now LT is said to be undetectable because it was written to look exactly like the original firmware however playing unverified game images (which don't have splitvid for example) will likely get you flagged as LT no longer has special code to guard against these types of images as well as M$ finding a way to detect this new firmware may lead to future bans.

The plain truth is if you fear the ban hammer don't mod your console, as for me I pawn ban hammers.

i dont are about xbox live, the problem im having is that i need to use the activate.iso to be able to play wave 4 games..and honestly i cyann bodda..will this firmware fix that?..my drive is a benq

Yes it will but the firmware is only available for Liteon at this moment

ok, im gonna wait a bit and see, i was actually contemplatin sellin my box because i not really doin nuttin wid it now..and maybe buy back one of the newer ones when i get interested in it again..plus ill get a bigger hard drive if i do that..lol

yow big up mr perfect..he dealt wid my box earlier and its now booting everything flawlessly..i recommend him to anybody if they want their 360 sorted out properly..he even does rrod repairing..

anyway..back to modern warfare 2..peace out..lol
