Starting C programming for the first time need link to a good website that can help me or any tips or advice

If I can recall corectly, you're currently attending UTECH right?
That should mean that the text that you'll be using is C How To Program by Deitel and Deitel. Just go to their website, http://www.deitel.com/books/downloads.html#c2e and download the sample codes (examples) from the book. That should keep u busy for a while.

Good book. I can vouch for this one. Great for beginners - wait I actually started with C++ :eusa_eh: n e ways just do like dadz said and download the sample codes.

I started out with C++ and read the Deitel book. I read C++ How to Program 2nd edition completely, then went on to C.
The best, and least known about tutorial that I have found for the C beginner is located here:

The tutorial at the above link takes you from the basics all the way to systems-level programming. Just go through the sections one at a time, and don't give up on it.
