Here 1 for video tutes- photoshopplanet.com, here's another pslover.com, thats all I'm willing to share for now. 1 vid version and 1 written photoshop tutorial site.:) let me know if you want any other- or I'll tech them my self feel free to ask.

here's a basic but very useful tute when chopping
New layer> fill bckgrnd with white, brush pallete, white foreground- black background, gradient tool, (its under the paint bucket tool) and drag from where you want your light source to begin to the part it stops.
