I Got The BB unlocker and connected it just to see some specs now when I turn it on all I see is 507 and a little ICON.

PHONE EXPERTS WHAT DO I DO? HELP!!

Hola....Glad I am back on Techja as I have been offline for almost a week now.

Anyways....next time always list your Model number and the OS you're currently running so that the issues can be fixed more speedily.


The 507 error means that the operating system is no longer on the device. Any data on the device is gone, too. You won't be able to retrieve it unless you have a backup.

You will need to reload the operating system on to the device. You will need the Desktop Manager program, along with the BlackBerry handheld device software.

N.B. Post the information I requested earlier and lets take if from there as I can supply you with the Desktop Manager and the latest OS for the Blackberry 8100, 8300 & The Bold 9000.

I am sure your Berry is not BRICKED :eusa_thin

I downloaded 4.5 and delt with it....
Now I am good but i was messing about the unlocking software how do i go about doing it do u have instructions u could bless me with?

Ok so i am doing some reading on the MFI and 4.7 meathod should it be done with the Sim in the phone?

Do not do any upgrades whatsover with blackberries while still having the simin the phone, remove it.

That wasnt what cause the problem, they recomend that but that realy dont make a diffrence.

Jeronimoe....my friend...Did you call Derk or Toyanucci? I am sure they can work something out for you....We are all members here and I would not want you to brick your phone in your quest to unlock your berry yourself.

Based on what is taking place the unit is still locked so I guess he needs a professional to unlock it at this point. I would recommend him to call either Derk or Toyannuci for a good unlock rate for his berry.
