majority of the stuff thats on ur phone thats what come with the storm just in a touch format. Havent trick out nothing yet based on the fact that i was changing from 9500 to 9530. And to the fact that the new firmware just leak so i had to test, these are some of the reason why yall have to keep adding me to messenger, right now yall have to add the same pin again.

its like phone coming with both bluetooth and infrared who uses infared lol. certain things thats not needed i have no problem if it gets substituted. My phone is never out of net so no need for wifi. I understand what ur saying tho.:eusa_hand

when you really think about it just dont spell sense unless you gona use it. just looking @ it at another angle also, why are we really paying for blackberry service @ 1600 to 1800 dolla a month? do we really need this? push emails and blackberry messenger? most persons have laptop and desktop. I personaly think its a waste of time and money. For the person whos company contact them and give them work orders example Digicel i can see with them. for the persons who live in the country and dont have internet i can see with them, for the persons who have family overseas with blackberries who comunicate this way i can also see with them. For all others this is just an hype mabe @ 500 to 1000 a month mabe.

IMO i think I am just paying for BB messenger I could have gotten a smartphone to check my emails at intervals and have messenger on it but then again wouldnt want to be fretting about the bill because i browse too much or have to be looking for wifi to sponge off when i am on the road so me just pay one money and done less headache for me lol

Umm you just need to wait till you get ur anz, Nobody needs to defend anything we not getting paid to big up storm :)
Anyways the touch on this thing is diffrent than any you have seen so far, The iphone is still number one, but what the Storm bring is the sence on a touch experience plus a button press all @ once, Let me explain some more.

The Blackberry Storm now has the first movable screen which is made that way to prevent the screen from breaking/shattering incase of a fall yea pretty cool. Now when you touch the screen the letter or number ur pressing will highlight but yet not select, this way you make less mistake and know which button you really press. Unlike the iphone that as you touch a button it select hence multiple mistakes. Now to actulay select the item you have to literally press the screen and this way you come up on another feature of the Blackberry Storm which is the CLICK each press of the button gives a click which is quite intresting.

So there you have diffrent strokes for diffrent folkes, Black berry storm 101

That only enhance the so call yukyness more, what the paper do is to lift the screen off the base more to give a some what smoother touch.

well regardless i like the idea .. it means allot less presses in error ... but it doesnt go about doing it silky smooth which is a turnoff/downfall in my opinion

umm better than the iphone? we dealing with a blackberry here who said it was better than the iphone? The iphone touch feature is yet to be cloned to the fullest. As i always tell you guys the berry is just for the service, nothing else to it.

Enlighten them HV. The iPhone has its smooth touchscreen which has yet to be cloned (Cyaa wait fi di Pre drop!!) but the blackberries has other appeal. I have the 8900 and a iPhone, and I BARELY use my iPhone anymore...even with all the apps I have for it.

No one is gonna fully emulate the apple touch screen cuz of the patent they were given. They almost destroy the new Palm smartphone before it even release by taking Palm to court. I think the patent is dumb, cuz there's only so far u can go with a touch screen, u can touch it, swipe it pinch it..what else it there...

If you just want a fancy touch screen gadget that can run games..cuz get the Ipod touch, you'll even have enough change to get a blackberry pearl :)

is just like when your battery cover loose and you put paper and it tighten it up ... remember the entire storm screen pressing down, so with the paper you effectively have less space for the screen to press, which should give it abit less resistance and less yucky feeling ...

Sure its a much faster firmware less freeze up and it now includes the touch edit feature, the one i list is for the 9530.

Yea i think its a very stable version Glad i could help,One problem i find is that the Accelerometers dont pick up as should a bit on the slow side, But work's Phone freeze less compare to the other firmware, a matter a fact i havent gotten any freeze up to now.

Get a new girl, that one is broken........ But if that dont work the storm has a security lock that after time period set by user the phone automaticaly lock up.
