Now both company had the service at our finger tips in seconds u could be on the blackberry service but now lime has decided to jump ship they now require persons to go into the office and sign up form once again. Worst yet to pay a connection fee lol.

they need more revenue -maybe subscriber entry on increase rapidly

Leave it to them to shoot themselves in the foot, that's why they will always be sour!

They know nothing about customer service! What can you expect any way from a company that out source its call centre!

Well i went to the store to day as was suggested by customer care, to find out that them @ the store never knew what the agent was talking about so he hook up the berry and send me on my merry way he was shock to here what they told me. But i notice beside him was some form to full out blackberry service. You know what that means its true but just not implimented yet

Everything lime does slow digi in seconds lime in 24-48 hrs pssh all when them do it online we still have to wait just to change your package same thing
