Problems sending e-mails to digicel phones

I have been trying to send e-mails to a digicel phone from yahoo but it gets returned each time. The error message is below:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Can anyone help or advise of a workaround?

I think the email address is phone_number@digitextjm.com

Actually the address could also be 1876#mmc.digiceljamaica.com
