USB Bluetooth Adapter

A friend of mine gave me a usb bluetooth adapter, I'm trying to use it with my SE T68i for transferring mostly wallpapers and stuff but it can't seem to do it although the phone recognizes the computer and vice versa,, anyone knows what could be the problem?

Are u using the bluetooth software to send the data?? Have u installed the phone software??

Try this - after getting the devices connected right click a wallpaper and click send to and then select the phone, it should be in that list. If memory serves me correctly. If u dont c it then the pairing of the phone and pc is not complete.

I did that already and it is on the list but now i'm getting a message that "File Service Transfer is not available on device T68i" :eusa_wall

Yes I did install the bluetooth and the phone software,,, points to note I can send images from the phone to the pc but not from pc to phone

anyone know where i can get an irda dongle in ja, other than pc shop? oh and a bluetooth one also

Ok what brand bluetooth adapter are u using? Have u tried updating the drivers?

It is a Blue-gene BT-30U, haven't d/l the latest drivers i'm looking at the site now and it's at least a 15mb file :eusa_wall,, right now i'm wondering if it's a problem with the phone itself seeing that the message is saying that file transfer is not found on the phone but then again if that's the case how could it send from the phone to the pc!!
