The BlackBerry Application Suite is running on the HTC Fuze just as a normal app would, "virtualizing" the BlackBerry OS in the process, according to BerryReview.com.
Users of the service will also presumably be able to run BlackBerry-specific applications on non-RIM devices.

If this is really true, unlike the Windows Mobile OS on the iphone, it seems like a worth while hack.

Pretty cool. Again we see how versatile the Windows Platform can be in terms of ROMS, APPS and the ability of the user to customize to anything they want and that speaks volume.
Anyways I am wondering if this could be dual booted on the HTC so that we could run the BBerry OS 4.5 and Windows Mobile 6.1?

Dual booting a phone sounds tough. Never heard of that before.

the virtualization of the bb OS will be done from within windows so it'll pretty much be run as bb connect is run, simply jus like another piece of software integrated to th wm 6 OS

Should I then say that BB OS is 'better' than WM OS?

Completely wrong. It's dual booted, not run withing WM os. This heralds the end of blackberry connect and literally turns ur device into a blackberry, giving you access to all the features of a blackberry, including pin messaging. My concern is how the pin messaging would work...as in how would a pin be assigned to non preinstalled devices? The only sure fire way would be to base it on the phones imei...hmmmm.
