Install the correct theme for you current OS and you'll be fine. Most themes designed for 4.5 will not work for 4.2 and vise versa

did u use the OTA* link or Zip.... some of these themes are best installed via DM**

Yes that would scare anyone... however the good thing about BB OS is re-loadable which undo any errors...

I have changed my themes like every other day but mostly OTA
