I need help unlocking an e380, have cable but no software ? Can anyone help me ??

my fellow techie your fone is a dual band, it might be possible to unlock it but u need to know what band ur network supports btw r u in jamaica now or in the us?

tmobile uses 1900 and the e380 uses both 850 & 1900
