There is a new contender in the alphabet soup war between competing 802.11 wireless Latest News about wireless networking standards. If 802.11a,b, and g are enough to confuse the issue, here comes come 802.11n, a new Wi-Fi Latest News about Wi-Fi standard that is being considered by the IEEE Latest News about IEEE group in charge of setting technology standards. TGn Sync group has submitted its proposal, and now an announcement from a secondbroadband Latest News about Broadband wireless standards group called WWiSE has been made.

hmmm well we had this debate in class a couple moons ago about the disadvantage/advantages of the different platforms... Most people wrote off wireless because of speed... A faster protocol hey I am very optimistic about this...

Th world is going wireless, and there is no stoppijng that. Where the issue is now, is reliability and speed. I think wireless has proven to be "relatively" good (compared to where regular dial up started) but the speed is another issue. I am really iterested to see how this proposal unfolds and how it develops.
