I believe that GPRS speeds are determined by what your cellular provider is offering and not by the model of your phone. I might be wrong though.

you'd have to check the speed of your phone modem.i kno that the moto c332 is 14.4 kbps nt sure of the rest tho.high end phones carry faster modems n it also has something also to do with your service provider.i was told by a digi customer serv rep that they offer speeds of upto 74kbps.

Tommytrouble as far as i know the GPRS speed is a simple connection which is not much faster than your dialup. I have used several phones from my nokia 3650 to various motorola models they all connect at the same the phone does not matter is one type of technology. Its like having a wireless 56k modem and well thats all the standard states just one connection speed.
