Q. What program do you use to convert a RedHat Package (RPM) to Debian?

sudo is out, apt-get is out, havent heard of alien b4 (trick option..?)
So i'll go with dpkg

just thik about it. really.. its kinda intutiive. not that i'm guessing. but an alien package to a distro.. get it.. you must use alien to convert it to a locally understood package.

this thread i'll enjoy i got the lpi books from yatta a while back printed and bound em. read the first book and about 1/4 in the lp1 102 book. but i took a break. i wanna do my exam one day.

Any benefit to doing the exam 101 & 102
I should've done it years ago, dont know what happened. Was there a cost involved?

yes there's a cost and its really not much if your a part of the local lug i think you get a discount
