Motorola V400 Gprs problems

I juss got a motorola v400...trying to get Digicel Gprs to work.
I have all the settings and my sim card is alreadey set up for grps but wheneve i try to browse it says "data server not available"
anyone have any solutions? ??? :'(

Yup those are the settings i have...i can connect to some sites but digivibes doesnt work for some reason.

do u know the mms settings?
