no, they are not banned..

there are certain rules that u have to follow when posting them on ebay..my bredren actually have one up now and the bidding is at $1400 lol..

here are the guidlines:


1. Seller must have a Feedback of 50 or more
2. Seller Feedback score must be 98% or above
3. Seller may only list one system
4. Seller accept PayPal as my only payment option
5. Seller must include a photo of the receipt in the listing
6. No Buy It Now will be allowed
7. No one day listings will be allowed
