Jamaican MCSE group

I have an idea,

Does anyone know how many persons are really MCSE's in jamaica. I thing that the local MCSE should come together to forma a JA chapter and to develope an annual event that sohwcases best parctices for M$ products...! I would be also a opprtunity for networking and to reach out to up and coming technologists.
