we&#039;ve been playing q3 since alpha yes. dreaming of rockets daily. eating the rail gun tablets 24/7. hehehe

but on a serious note, if a q3 server and ut2k4 server is up, will you&#039;ll come on? i could put up one, i on broadband, so just say the word! but i in canada, and i on cable, so i not sure what your pings might be like, im sure we can have a GATT GL set up the servers, at least for a week so that will give us enough time to play against each other and have fun an stuff. baego, euro could handle them servers boy? or too many people does be browsing the net and downloading stuff

Just throwing my hat into this thing as yet another GATTer.

I&#039;m not as aggressive a competitor* as Baego and the rest, but I&#039;m just as hardcore a gamer as anyone.

I&#039;m more interested in single-player games, gaming experiences and gaming as a subculture. I like to hear how people relate to gaming in their own countries, what (negative and positive) issues they have with gaming with regards to their gender, race, nationality, religion, that kinda stuff. Not as exciting as all-out fragging, I know, but I&#039;m here if anyone wants to discuss those topics.

Also...I hope this thing goes places Here in trinidad, we have very few &quot;casual&quot; GATT members. GATT is a community, full of friends, rivals, groups, sub-groups etc. I wish you that kind of success in GAJ.

The Anngel server is on a T1 line.. I dont really understand the lag u guys experiencing... Ive had ppl playing 16 player unreal torunament games with pings ranging from 100 - 400ms :-\

Ppl who are on cwj dsl should have pings &lt; 100 ms (providing that cwj isnt messing up :P )

However that t1 bandwidth is shared with some dial-in customers sooo.. i suggest gaming in off-peak hours &gt;12am for fastest response...

The CCP Server is on ADSL (correct me if im wrong linval) I think 768/256.. :P

Good to see the server actually is available now. it could do with some mods as well as better configs for net play...roundtime and such. i think its a good idear to use cal.cfg and lor3 configs for the tourney. those are what's used for 98% of serious scrims in the cs world. BUt my biggest issue are the pings 250-300ms thats mad, cs was designed to be playable with sub 100ms pings. and i get that kind of ping when i play on us servers. so i expect if i was on dsl (unshared)i would get around 120ms. which i guess you guys can work with. so my trini peeps that are on the cs team.. make sure you got unshared dsl.pce out

They do play with us from time to time non-the-less.

What has been happening lately though is that we and the Trini's have been playing different types of games.

Trinis play DOTA which is a kind of a ofspring of WOW3. You will find more Trinis on BattleNet playing this (although they do have a server for it).

Oh they are also into Battlefield2 but most Jcan's hardly play this together.
