Games Console Peer-to-Peer Program?

i just had a thought and i don't know whether it already exist or whether it is possible to create a peer-to-peer program that is specifically for games console...............this would be greate because people can upload game levels that they have saved.......game replays (to boast)..etc...and people can download these stuff either onto their memory card or onto their hard disk drive, (Just a thought)

xbox live for the 360 will support that feature, they unveiled it - as well as showed it in action at E3..

some games will also support console vs PC gaming, for example lets say we were playing counterstrike (jus an example)..i could be using my pc and playing against people with xbox's..etc..

welll does that mean you can share files with the people you are playing against................what i am basically try to say is there like a program where you share files with other users.......just like old Napster

hmm, i used to be able to upload my game data as email attachments to friends using dreamcast and dreamcast browser....
