imho - I think the site is pretty lame :P. This person apparently has real grouses against C&W, but by setting up a site like that one without factual encounters is pretty much a waste. To be honest I came across the site before, but at the time I didn't pay it much attention. One thing that's interesting though, is that an individual could be so upset with a company that they find the time to create a grouse site.
