If a computer is behind a NAT box or router, don’t enable ICF, because the inherent properties of NAT will protect you

yeah right.....and thats why that guy from germany managed to be ramming my pc huh......nat is very good but not on lowered settings.
use the firewall as well. just to be 100%.
notice how iis cant work well with the xp firewall. iis is very dodgy to implement anyway. better to use apache 2.xx for windows.
