I just realised that I have never been able to access the bios for my Toshiba Laptop. I have tried f2, del, etc. No luck. Anybody with experience with Toshiba laptops that could tell me how this is done or shed some light on this?

Here's a copy from the toshiba satellite user manual-maybe it'll helpTSETUP
NOTE:
Run TSETUP outside of Windows 95, at a system prompt. If you try to run TSETUP from an MS-DOS session under Windows 95, results can be unpredictable.
1 If you're currently in Windows 95, click Start, then click Shut Down.
2 Select Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode and click Yes.
Windows 95 shuts down and the system restarts in MS-DOS mode and displays a system prompt.
3 Type: c:\dos\tsetup and press Enter.
TSETUP opens and displays the first System Setup screen.
The TSETUP options are arranged on two pages. The following sections describe how to make changes in TSETUP and list the setup options on each page.

try f12
some laptops have their f12 button as the same as the f2 button
jus hold that FN key and press f2
