Can anyone recommend a good brand that is resonable in cost, and compatible with most dvd players.

Which is more compatible, the + series or the -.

i just got my 510a sony dvd writer. its compatible with most types.
i hear though that the - is quite good. its the sony playstation type and will fit most players you have out there.
check your dvd movie cases and look at the standard. if they fit your player then you cant go wrong.
