Now I want to hear about an unlock without relying on the Gevey SIM.
I can't seem to get FaceTime to work with the Gevey SIM at all.
I hactivated it via Cydia, but it still doesn't work.

1. Enable FaceTime in Settings
2. Install MiddleWhat from Cydia
3. Install Claro D.R. from Pushfix
4. Use Voice Control to access a contact with FaceTime
5. FaceTime is now activated

or you can buy mitime and a you dat

I can't seem to do Step3 on my phone. I have the most up-to-date copy of cydia and the repositories, but I still don't see that as an option on my phone.

That's true but what most of us wanted them to do was a full unlock beyond os 4.1 and all now that can't gwaan unless you buy a gevey sim or get a factory unlocked device.

Well we just have to buy unlock phones pricey but worth it..........

I agree. I would recommend a unlocked device as it works out in the long run especially when updating your device

Are you using the Gevey Sim Unlocker? If so I am sure that is what is causing the battery drain.

The Gevey SIM doesn't seem to be affecting my battery life. Then again, I'm still on OS 4.3.2

Okay cool. What's the main features of this build? Do you think it's worth a upgrade from OS 4.2.1?
