Provided free for customers, CWJ’s new self installation CD makes it simple for users to do their own set up of its High Speed Internet Service .  It  incorporates several user-friendly tools on a special CD which is included with the modem CWJ provides for its new High-Speed Internet customers.

To set-up the service on their machines, users simply insert the Cable & Wireless Online CD in their PCs or laptops, then follow the easy-to-read interactive instructions provided. The programme automatically configures the user’s machine for High-Speed Internet access. 

The benefits of C&W’s self- installation service include the fast and easy set-up of High-Speed Internet connections, feedback on the compatibility of users’ systems, improved customer service and support, and reduced set-up costs for users. Normally, with the self-installation CD, new customers would save up to US$24.99, however with CWJ’s current promotional offer users can save up to US$49.99 between now and September 17, 2005. 

Cable & Wireless’ Vice President Broadband, Magnus Johansson says the self- installation service is a continuation of his Company’s efforts to improve the quality of service, support and convenience offered to its High-Speed Internet customers.
