As businesses of all sizes-large, medium and small-move to transform themselves in an increasingly competitive environment, Cable & Wireless continues to roll out products and services to satisfy their needs, while at the same time delivering significant cost savings and improved efficiency.

CWJ"s latest offering is a "Business class VoIP" service which offers businesses to take advantage of the lowest international calling rates available to the USA, Canada, the UK and the Caribbean.  Customers can take advantage of attractive "bundled minutes" packages or opt for a "pay as you go" plan.  Pricing for calls range from US$0.06 per minute to US$0.09 cents per minute to countries included in the plan, depending on the plan chosen.

The Business Class VoIP service is compatible with PBX systems and there is a tailored solution for sole proprietorships and small professional practices.

The compatibility with existing PBX and Key systems allows customers to have access to a comprehensive range of local and overseas calling features, with Internet and facsimile services.  In addition, Cable & Wireless' Business Class VoIP Service allows for interface with enhanced services such as Integrated Voice Response systems, Auto Attendant, Call Centre, audio/video conferencing and other productivity boosting applications.

According to Lloyd Distant, Vice President Business Solutions, 'Business Class VoIP will allow customers to get more out of their existing systems while controlling their spend.  It will allow users to save money on outbound overseas calls; make more efficient use of the bandwidth they now have; reduce the cost of purchasing or upgrading phone systems; and at the same time, they will enjoy the complete range of telephony features available to business line customers.'

The CWJ Business Class VoIP offers distinct advantages over that offered by other providers including: genuine island wide reach; integration with several other products such as Internet, IT in a Box, Mobile and Fixed line services; simplified accounting and billing for multiple services; and a single point of contact for fault reporting, change management; and a single point of contact for account management.
