The upgrading and expansion work, which begins Wednesday January 10, will result in significantly improved reliability of the company's ADSL service and appreciable increases the bandwidth availability.

In addition, the upgrade will result in the company's network being even better able to support more enhanced services including Next Generation Broadband services.

Regrettably, while the work is in progress some customers will experience intermittent disruptions in their service, but given the extensive nature of this upgrading work, this is unavoidable.

CWJ will schedule most of the work that is likely to cause disruptions in service during the "light traffic" period (between midnight and 4am) in an attempt to minimize any inconvenience to customers.

The schedule for the major work is as follows:

o Wednesday January 31, 2007
o Wednesday February 28, 2007
o Friday March 30, 2007

On those days, during the specified hours, regrettably our customers will experience slow browsing and have difficulty accessing their email.
