President and chief executive officer of Scotiabank Jamaica Limited, William Clarke, said his bank will be introducing an Internet service for business customers within two months.
Internet banking is already being offered to personal account customers, Mr. Clarke said. He made the announcement while addressing customers and staff at the official opening of the new Scotiabank, Junction branch, St. Elizabeth recently. Mr. Clarke said Scotiabank opened a branch in Junction because it saw the development potential of the area along with the rapid growth in the southern section of St. Elizabeth. http://www.jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/20050831/business/business7.html |
