Bluefields Bay residents get 'free' computer classes

THE Bluefields People's Community Association (BPCA) and the Jamaica Sustainable Development Network (JSDN) said they have started a project to provide "free" computer training to residents from Bluefields Bay and surrounding communities.
THE government is to spend US$23 million on an information technology project that promises to transform the way public sector agencies operate, and generally deepen the penetration of technology across the island.
